travel to a city or town to get great food, go to the source. Ever since we renovated The Manor at
Old Denaby we’ve strived to make this converted farm in Doncaster the heart of this movement,
offering modern Yorkshire cuisine from our back garden (and our neighbours’).
Our fresh fruit and veg comes from local people – family run businesses that pride themselves on
the quality of their produce. Using regional produce when it’s in season ensures our ‘food miles’ are
kept low, our food tastes better and we save money. We pass that cost on to you and won’t charge
you through the nose (we’re from Yorkshire after all) and we think this is what our customers want.
Yorkshire is an abundant bounty, home to the best producers in the world. We source ingredients
from local people who are passionate and knowledgeable about their produce. In turn, they supply
our talented chefs with fresh fish, delicious meat and fresh-picked produce to turn in to our mouth-
watering seasonal dishes.
Creating lasting partnerships with local producers ensures our chefs are working with the best
seasonal local produce year-round. Our meat is tender, juicy and cooked to perfection and our
potatoes – picked at just the right time – ensure your chips are crispy and soft all at once. This
absolute confidence in our suppliers enables us to ensure that your meal will taste just as good the
next time you visit us.

100% traceable and sourced from local farmers and reputable butchers whose standards meet our
